Uzbekistan is hot because a large chunk of the land is desert. The summers (June-August) can be very cruel while winters (December - February) have temperatures that drop lower than zero. Spring (March- May) exists and it is characterized by mild weather with occurrences of rain, while autumn (September-November) is cued by slight frost and rain.
