The country, though small, is very much alive. Thus, many people aspire to visit Tajikistan. However, there are a couple of things that must be done first before finally realizing that dream.
In entering the country, citizens of almost all countries, except for Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kirghizstan, require a visa. Luckily, acquisition of Tajik visa for a few days trip is now easier as compared to ages ago. The general requirements are an original passport with a minimum validity of six months, two passport-type photos, a cover letter, and a letter of invitation usually provided by local agencies.
After submitting the earlier mentioned requirements, the applicants need to wait for a few days for the issuance of the document before the trip may be pursued.
