Nightlife in Kuwait is not like the usual Western nightlife. The streets are quiet and joints are not filled with dancing-almost-naked women. The country prohibits alcohol. Thus, nightlife is limited to drinking in juice bars and lounging in coffee shops. A common nightlife scene includes people going out for the movies, having a chat over dinner and shopping.
