Despite the destruction caused by the constant war in the country, Iraq is slowly standing up and developing. To this day, it already has establishments that can complete a night in the country. Discos, late-night coffee houses and juice bars, as well as drinking pubs are open for the public who wants to enjoy. The common favorite of tourists is Ishtar-Sheraton, Meridien, and Babylon. These are the places interchangeably gone to by youthful locals, and expats as well.
When craving for a more romantic or quieter feel, Baghdad also offers shops where chatting does not required high-pitch voices and lounging is the best activity. These are juice bars and cafes like Mishmesha may be found in the palms, currently the seat of Baghdad nightlife.
