Who needs visa?
Almost everyone need visa to enter Brazil. Thus, it is best to apply for one prior to a trip into the country. The applications may be done in the Brazilian embassy nearest the residence of the applicant.
Required documents
In order to be granted a visa to Brazil, there are certain papers to be submitted to the consulate. The usual ones for tourist purpose are a valid and signed passport, a completed application form, one passport-type photo, driver's license, itinerary, and the applicant letter which should have accommodation and other trip-related information.
Issuance
Usually the process of visa takes up to three days, and the issued document will be valid for around 30 days and may be extended as desired.
