The Kolozha Church of St. Boris & Cleb is the only remaining monument of the Black Ruthenian architecture found in Hrodna. The architecture is distinguished by the use of polychrome faceted stones that are arranged in such a way to form crosses on the wall. Today, this is the oldest extant structure found in the city.

It is believed that the Kolozha Church of St. Boris & Cleb was built even before 1183 and it survived up until 1853 when its south wall collapsed. When restoration work was underway, restorers found frescoes dating back to the 12th century.
