Binondo Church

Erected in 1596, the Binondo Church stands as one of the oldest Christian worship places in the country. Over the years, it has experienced several natural disasters from typhoons, earthquakes and fires, as well as man-made disasters such as bombing raids due to the war. After all those years, the Binondo Church still stands thanks to several restoration efforts which continue to this day. With that being said, the only remaining original architecture today is the bell tower.
