Weird things can happen in off-track restos

In some off-track restaurants, you just might witness some of the most bizarre occurences you may ever see.

One is to arrive just in time for a local and religious custom such as the circumcision of a young boy signaling his manhood.  What's so weird about it is that it is done inside an eating place, and that the foreskin is passed around in a glass for everyone to see.

Another is the slaughter of a sheep as a welcome honor of the resto owners for the guests.  While it may be a little a unsettling, remember that this doesn't happen anymore in the tourist areas, for obvious reasons.  But if you're interested in the bizarre, then it might be a good idea to ask directions to these off-track restos.
