Manila Traveler guide

Watch your step when walking around crowded streets, you might step on nasty things like spit or pee (in the corners of walls and pillars.)  The handrails found in train stations and public stairs may not be so clean either.  Sadly, most Filipinos don't really show that much concern of their surroundings.  It'd be best to be mindful of your belongings, or where you lay your hand or foot on and keep a bottle of alcohol or hand sanitizer in your bag!
