Drinking Water

/ Asia / Myanmar / Myanmar Traveler Advice
Added: 2 months 3 weeks ago in Myanmar

Tap water in Myanmar is generally unsafe to drink.  Remember to stock up on water bottles, especially when you intend to do a lot of hiking or walking.  There should be bottled water available in small stores and groceries scattered in the country.  The weather can be pretty balmy, so it's best to keep yourself hydrated.
