Vigan Traveler guide

Vigan's bagnet is one of my favorites. This is Ilocano counterpart of lechon lawali which takes a longer process of preparation. I had an opportunity to see how the rigorous preparation takes place up to the point when the skin pops and oh the delectable smell pervade the air! To those planning a trip to Vigan, you should try this specialty! A gastronomic delight indeed!
