Adobo - "Commonly dubbed as the Philippines' National Viand, Adobo is pork or chicken slowly cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and other spices."

If you are looking for cheap finds (clothes, decor, souvenir products, "branded" items), you can proceed to Divisoria and Tutuban located in Manila. They may not rival Chatuchak of Bangkok in terms of size but Divisoria and Tutuban offer a wilder, more frenzied atmosphere and where haggling to as much as 50 percent cheaper of the product's cover price is encouraged. Safety issues abound so dress simply, tag a local along and don't bring valuable items. If you want a less frenetic pace, you can go to Tutuban which has roof and airconditioning and still offers treasured goods fresh of the boat from China. And the great thing is they are open everyday, from 6 am to 10 pm.
Is it better than the famous Greenhills?
